Return policy for apparel
Please be sure of size and
color. Once the item is customized with embroidery or screen
printing, we can not take it back. It is
non-returnable. We have included size charts from the
manufacturer when available.
If you want to actually try
on a garment before it is customized we can ship it to you.
You make sure it fits and send it back to us. We will stitch
it and reship it. All the shipping will be on you and the
item will be billed at first shipment. Item must be returned
unworn and unharmed within 15 days.
Return policy for parts
No returns on electrical parts.
All parts except electrical parts are returnable with 30
days,
packed on original box and in same condition that the parts
were shipped to you unused, unmounted and undamaged.
All returned parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee with
return shipping paid by buyer. Insurance is your choice. An
email is required so we can issue a RMA number. Must include
this RMA number with your return. Once the item(s) have been
inspected, a credit will be issued.
Parts can not be returned after 30 days
from sale date.
If you
receive an item that you are not satisfied with, contact
Special Additions to resolve your situation. This must be
done upon receipt of item. If you have doubts or questions, please

your questions.

Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority for most items.
USPS Saturday delivery is not an extra expense. We try to send an
email when order is shipped.
