Return Policy for Apparel

Since Special Additions apparel is embroidered and

stitched at the time of your order, all apparel is non-returnable.

Make sure of size and color as all apparel is not returnable.

Size charts are linked when available from the manufacturer.

Return Policy for Parts

No returns on electrical parts.

All parts except electrical parts are returnable within 30 days of sale,

packed in original box and in same condition

that the parts were shipped to you unused, unmounted and undamaged.

All returned parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee and

return shipping paid by you. Insurance is your choice.

An email or phone call to us is required so we can issue a RMA number.

Include this number with your return.

Once the item(s) have been returned and inspected a credit will be issued.

Parts cannot be returned after 30 days of sale.
